mratm8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
By accessing and using the mratm8 Platform, you agree to use the Service solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:
mratm8 reserves all rights to monitor Platform activity for compliance with this Agreement and applicable law. Any suspected breach will be investigated and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

mratm8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect service availability. Where a technical error directly results in an eroneous payout or wager outcome, mratm8 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.
mratm8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the mratm8 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable charges) will be returned to the Player via an approved payment method, provided all KYC obligations have been satisfied.
